Stainless steel cooking grates are welded to add stability and durability of round steel. Stainless steel does not rust and is an excellent conductor of the heat.

Summit 400 series:
2 x Large Grates (Ref 70372)
For Summit 400 series, two large grates are required. Note that you will need to order two grates for the complete change.

Summit of the 600 Series:
2 x Large Grates (Ref 70372) + 1 x Small Grate (Ref 70373)

For a Summit 600 series, two large grates and one small grates are required. Note that you will need to order three grates for the complete change.
