Turn your gas barbecue into a smoker. With the Napoleon PRO Stainless Steel Smoker Box you can add a wonderful smoky aroma to your food. Ideal for smoking meat and fish. Whether it's fruity, spicy, or heavily smoky, with wood chips or pellets made from different types of wood, you can enhance the flavor of your food. Simply fill the smoker box with the desired type of wood chips or smoking pellets, that have been soaked for a few hours before. Then place the smoker box directly on a burner. To do this, remove one grill's sear plate and turn on the gas barbecue. After a short time, the wood chips from the smoker box will begin to fume through the holes and this will refine your food with a wonderful aroma.
