The Poultry Roaster will accommodate a variety of liquids. Just insert the 12 ounce can of your choice of beer or juice into the center of the roaster and the liquid will infuse poultry with your flavor favorites. Dishwasher safe. The Gourmet chicken roaster fits on Gourmet grates for Weber 57 cm diameter charcoal barbecues, also Spirit 3-burner, Genesis and Summit gas barbecues.
