The porcelain-enameled WAVE ™ cast iron grids store the heat from the burner below with high efficiency and pass it on to the food to be grilled. Dual-level stainless steel sear plates create even heat distribution and protects the solid stainless steel burners. It also has the reliable JETFIRE™ ignition system, and the very accurate ACCU-PROBE™ lid thermometer, and a grease tray that can be removed from the front.
